
BONCAFE Royale Viennese
The Viennese Blend wonderfully melds the refined qualities with the full-bodied strength of Asian Robusta beans. A Full City (medium dark) roast, it creates a bitter-sweet brew that has a slight caramel and chocolate flavour with mild acidity
Brewing Directions: Use approximately 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 170g (or 6oz) cup of water. The water temperature should be just below boiling point, around 94°C. The coffee is suitable for various brewing methods, but a coarse grind is recommended for a French press to prevent fine grounds from passing through the sieve.
Storage: To preserve the fresh aroma and taste, it is recommended to store the coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
