What is Roast on Demand?
Just like wine, coffee varies in flavour depending on the region it grows in. We call this Single Origin coffee. Roast on Demand is a service where you can select and order your preferred Single Origin coffee (choose from 8 different Single Origin), and the particular grind you prefer. Once roasted (in about 3 working days), drop by to pick it up (or choose to pay a small delivery fee), and you’re on your way to the ultimate coffee experience freshly roasted and ground coffee.

- Place your Roast on Demand orders on weekday (except public holidays).
- Minimum order of 2 bags per Origin is required.
- Collect or have it delivered after 3 days for your special coffee in its freshest state.
COLOMBIA SUPREMO
Colombia Supremo has a pleasant acidity with a distinctive, heady aroma. The flavour is consistently clean, mellow, and well balanced.
BRAZIL SANTOS
Brazil Santos has a mild acidity with a complex aroma. The flavour that is sweet and spicy lingers long after the final sip.
BRAZIL YELLOW BOURBON
It is exceptionally bittersweet, medium bodied and has obvious notes on a chocolatery taste.
ETHIOPIA YIRGACHEFFE
The intensity of the exotic tropical toasted coconut aroma with tangerine notes enhances the palate with its distinctive floral bouquet.
GUATEMALA ANTIGUA
It is a smooth, earthy coffee. Have a high yet pleasant and lively acidity. It is known for it’s velvety and silky chocolaty aftertaste.
INDIAN MONSOON MALABAR
India Monsooned Malabar is low in acidity, full bodied and bold in its aroma. With a woody and spicy flavour, this coffee is a unique inclusion in the ultimate coffee experience.
SUMATRA MANDHELING
Sumatra Mandheling is low in acidity and is full bodied, with a smoky aroma. With an exotic and musty flavour, this is a perfect coffee to compliment an exquisite dinner.
PAPUA NEW GUINEA SIGRI
Papua New Guinea Sigri is moderate in acidity, medium bodied, and has a fruity aroma reminiscent of mangos and papaya. Clean and pleasant, it is a must-have in any coffee connoisseur’s repertoire.
