The Swan combines patented technology to remove static, ensures absolute burr consistency, improves dose consistency by measuring the rotational position of the burrs, reduces heat with an efficient burr design and belt driven motor, improves workflow with automatic actuation, and uses the same interface and clear language as many other La Marzocco espresso machines.
